What it does

Three ways it keys the mic for you.

Dispatch runs off the manual you already own — so the answers are your machine's, not the internet's. And when the fix isn't on the page, it talks you through it anyway.

01 · Ask

Talk it through

Say what you're after. Dispatch finds it in your manual and reads it back, then jumps the page open on screen.

“What torque on the final drive bolts?”
02 · Show

Snap a photo

Point your phone at the leak, the wear, the part. Dispatch reads the picture against your manual and logs what it sees.

“That's a weeping duo-cone seal — here's the fix.”
03 · Order

Build the parts pad

Part numbers you talk about collect into an order pad with search links, ready when you head to the parts counter.

“Add 07000-12345 to the pad.”

On the air in three

Upload your manual once. Talk to it for good.

1

Upload your manual

Drop in the PDF you own — any brand, any model. Scanned or digital, we read it.

2

We read it in

Dispatch indexes every page and section in the background. Grab a coffee; you'll know when it's ready.

3

Key the mic

“Hey Dispatch.” Ask, show a photo, build a parts pad — and it remembers your machine next time.

For the shop owner

Your tech's already sold. Here's your side.

Hours back

No bench idle

Every question that used to mean a 12-minute video is a 10-second answer. That's billable time back on the machine, not on the phone.

Fewer comebacks

Cited, not guessed

Answers come straight from the manual with the page number — so torque specs and procedures are right the first time.

Whole fleet

One tool, every machine

Load every manual in the yard. New hire, old iron, mixed brands — they all get the same instant shop reference.

Built for any manual — we started with the machines that move dirt. Powersports next.

Straight answers

Questions from the yard.

What is Dozer Dispatch?

Dozer Dispatch is a shop manual voice assistant. Upload the service manual for any machine and talk to it hands-free — it reads the spec back, cites the page, and troubleshoots what the book doesn't spell out.

Is it legal to upload my manual?

You upload the manual you own, and Dispatch serves it back only to your account — never to anyone else. Your document stays yours, and you can delete it any time.

Which dozers does it work with?

Any of them. Dispatch reads whatever manual you give it, so brand and model don't matter — Komatsu, Cat, Deere, Case, an old Dresser, whatever's in your yard.

Does it only work on dozers?

No. Dispatch reads whatever manual you upload, so it isn't limited to dozers. We started with heavy equipment because that's where we validated it; powersports is next. If you've got the manual, it can talk you through the machine.

Do I need cell service in the field?

You need a connection to talk to Dispatch, same as any voice assistant. It runs in your phone's browser — nothing to install.

What if my manual is a rough scan?

We run optical character recognition on scanned pages, and we tell you honestly how clean the read came out so you're never guessing whether an answer is trustworthy.

Can Dispatch turn a wrench?

No. It reads your manual and points you to the right page. Jack stands, lockout, and torque wrench are still on you — it's a shop reference, not a mechanic.

What does it cost?

$29 per machine per month, with 120 minutes of session time included per machine and 25¢ a minute after — we never cut a call mid-job. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — no card needed. Early-access users keep their founder rate: $19 per machine, locked in.
