SMS Terms
Dozer Dispatch is a service of Karman Line AI, LLC. We send text messages from our Dozer Dispatch number, (346) 660-2465, only for the purposes below. These terms are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.
What we text
- Invites you asked for. When someone you work with invites you to their shop, or to help run Dozer Dispatch, and you've asked them to send it by text, you get one text with a one-time code. It says who invited you, how to join, and that the code is valid for 24 hours.
- Replies to your requests. When you ask us to contact you (for example, through the assistant on our website or the help assistant in the app) and give us your phone number, we may text or call you back about that request.
We don't send marketing or promotional texts, and we don't add you to any list.
How you opt in
- Invites: the person inviting you types your number into the app's "Text invite" field, and the app asks them to do so only if you agreed to get the invite by text. You'll get only that invite.
- Replies: you give your number to our assistant and ask us to contact you. The website explains that by doing so you agree we may text or call you about your request.
How often
One text per invite. Replies to your requests are limited to what's needed to resolve them, usually one to a few messages.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then no more texts from that number unless you ask us to start again.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP, or email dispatch@dozerdispatch.com, for help.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We use your number only to send the texts described here. We don't sell it, and we don't share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
