Dozer Dispatch

How Dozer Dispatch works

Help & guide

Dozer Dispatch puts your machine’s shop manual on your phone and answers questions from it. You ask by voice or by typing, and the answer comes with the manual page it came from, opened on the screen.

The whole job is three steps:
  1. Add your machine. Pick its manual from the library, or upload the PDF you own.
  2. The manual opens on screen. Flip through it like a book, or let Dispatch find the page.
  3. Ask. Tap the talk button and say the symptom, or type it. The answer cites the page and opens it.

Getting started

Dozer Dispatch runs in your phone’s or computer’s web browser — there’s nothing to install. Go to app.dozerdispatch.com and sign in with your Google account. The first time, a short form asks what kind of work you do; you can skip it.

After you sign in you land on your dashboard: your machines, recent activity, anything that needs you, your plan, and the support chat. Tap a machine to open its manual.

You need a data connection to ask Dispatch questions, the same as any voice assistant.

Adding a machine

Each machine you work on gets its own page with its manual. There are two ways to add one:

Can’t find your manual? Use Need a manual? Request it here on the dashboard with the make, model and serial, and we’ll look for it.

To remove a machine you no longer have, open it and tap the − button next to the machine list. Its logbook and history are kept, and it comes off your bill. Only the account owner can remove a machine, and you always keep at least one.

Asking questions

Every answer comes from your machine’s manual. When Dispatch uses a page, it says which one and opens it on the screen. The pages it used are kept under Cited pages so you can go back to them.

Ask it plainly, the way you’d ask the person next to you: a symptom, a torque spec, a fluid capacity, a fault code, or where a part is.

Plans and the free trial

Customers invited before launch keep the founder rate of $19 a machine. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Your manuals and privacy

You upload the manual you own, and Dispatch serves it back only to your account and the teammates you invite — never to anyone else unless you choose to submit it to the shared library. How we handle your data, including voice recordings, is in the Privacy Policy.

Safety

Dozer Dispatch is a shop reference, not a mechanic. It can be wrong, misread a page, or use a manual for a different serial range. Confirm specs against the manual and the machine, follow the manufacturer’s safety procedures (lockout/tagout, blocking, jack stands, pressure relief), and use your own judgment. You are responsible for the work you do.

Getting help from a person

Our team helps with the app, your account, billing and the manual library. For repair questions, ask Dispatch — the answers come from your manual.
